Police have sealed off the home of Kampala Central Member of Parliament Muhammed Nsereko, saying the move is intended to help them conclude investigations into the alleged disobedience of police orders by Kampala Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago and Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) former President Kiiza Besigye.
Lukwago and Besigye were arrested on Tuesday are being held at Kiira Road Police station and Central Police Station respectively.

Police says they are likely to prefer charges of inciting violence against the two big politicians.
Nsereko said the police move was intended to block him from going to Parliament to discuss the energy report in which it was revealed that Billions of money was swindled by the people from the energy Ministry.
