Uganda is currently the defending champion of the CECAFA Challenge Cup and are 13 time winners of the tournament.
Uganda is in a tough group, C, comprising other countries of Rwanda, Eritrea and Sudan.
The 2013 tournament that kicks off on November 27 and ends on December 2 is mainly sponsored by GOtv which has invested in $125.000.
