Embattled Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago's woes at city hall continue to worsen every day that passes, with the latest being an order to Lukwago to return all KCCA property under him.
Addressing the media at City hall on Tuesday, KCCA Spokesperson Peter Kaujju said Lukwago is no longer the Mayor and thus is not privileged to use any property that belongs to the Authority.
"Lukwago has been ordered to return all KCCA property under his possession including the official Mayor's car" Kaujju said.
Speaking from is hospital bed at Mukwaya General Clinic in Nsambya, Lukwago said he is still the mayor until court rules in favour of the decision of the Councillors who voted for his impeachment on Monday.
The ruling is set for Thursday this week.
