The song which literally means "congratulations Uganda" was launched by the minister for economic monitoring Hon. Henry Banyenzaki at the independence monument in Kampala.
The song was written and composed by Renowned veteran musician and musician Richard Kaweesa. Its part of the many preparatory activities among which others are games and sports, music dance and drama,
