The 2013 Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE) are set for Monday November 4th for all primary schools across the Country.
The candidates are starting with Mathematics in the Morning and Social Studies and Religious Education in the afternoon.
According to a statement from Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB), a total of 581,586 candidates are expected to sit for this year's PLE.
UNEB has deployed close to 8,500 spies to monitor the examinations and to ensure that examination malpractices are not recorded anywhere in the Country.
UNEB Secretary Mathew Bukenya said they will not sit and watch schools indulge in cheating examinations, just because they want their schools to perform better and make a name.
The examinations will end on Tuesday November 5th with Integrated Science in the morning and English in the afternoon.
