Bulgarian Nationals charged for fraud.

4 Bulgarian nationals who were arrested for ATM card fraud cases have been charged with 30 counts of fraud and sentenced to Luzira prison.

They were arrested at a Stanbic bank ATM in Natete, a Kampala suburb trying to get money from the machine using hard metals.
They are said to be hard core ATM fraudsters as they were at one time arrested in Kenya and charged with ATM fraud related cases.

Police is advising the general public to be vigilant with their ATM cards and never to trust any one with issues concerning money and other cash related transactions to avoid cases of fraud.
