Child Sacrifice. Over three kids killed in just one week.

Cases of child sacrifice are on the rise again in Uganda, putting parents under fear for the safety of their boys and girls.
Two cases were reported in which two kids were allegedly killed, in what people are calling a new wave of child sacrifice. Their bodies were found in Jinja with most of the body parts missing.

The heads, intestines, hearts, private parts and others, in both cases were removed by those who conduct the sacrifice. One of the Kids was allegedly picked from their home in Kamwokya, a Kampala slum and taken to Jinja where he was murdered.

Arrests have so far been made for those suspected to have been involved in the kidnap and transportation of the kid from Kampala to Jinja. Three women who are suspected to have had communication with the suspect in Jinja prior to the murder were on Saturday morning picked form their homes and are being held at Kiira road police station.

The arrest of the suspects did not go well with the residents who wanted to lynch them. This resulted in running battles between the people and the police. Police was forced to fire live bullets in the air and throw tear gas canisters to quell the residents and violence.

All these cases bring back the memories of the famous Kasirye Joseph murder case in which a prominent Kampala business tycoon, Godfrey Kato Kajubi was accused of having ordered the boys murder and his head buried in a building which he was constructing in the city center. He was acquitted of the charges, only to be recalled after to answer charges to the same case. He was found guilty and remanded.

Police has issued a warning to all parents who take less care of their kids to restrain from the same as bad people are looking for all ways to make more wealth through human sacrifices.
